About our
chief inspector
Dave was born and raised in coastal Volusia county. After over 20 years in construction working in new and remodel construction, repairing hurricane damage and just general maintenance, Dave knows first hand the unique toll our local environment takes on a home and has developed a keen eye and method for discovery of the most common but often unseen issues in these coastal homes.
Dave Is a CPI and Florida state licensed home inspector.
